Data is retained for three years after the inquiry has been handled, then destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by applicable law, the data is kept for the period prescribed. If you request deletion, the data is destroyed without delay.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide users' personal data to third parties, except where specifically required by law or lawfully requested by an investigative authority.
5. Outsourced processing
The Company uses an external form-processing service to transmit inquiry submissions. That service processes the content solely for the purpose of delivering it to the Company's email address.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests sent to the contact below are acted on without delay.
7. Right to refuse consent

8. Destruction of personal data
Once the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, electronic files are permanently deleted by irrecoverable means and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
